14. Conflict resolution. Conflicts between employees and/or managers are resolved in a fair and timely manner.
15. Work independence. There is a reasonable balance between having freedom/independence and being supervised in my job.

This score identifies your work environment, otherwise known as "chemistry."

This score identifies the incentives your job provides for continual improvement and challenge. It addresses the issue of future achievement versus the boredom of doing the same repetitive tasks.
